Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Window
You may cancel your appointment at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to technician availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated.
No-Shows
If no one is available at the service address at the scheduled time and we have not been notified in advance, this will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle emergency exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Note
All payments are handled in person between you and the technician at the time of service. There are no online payments and therefore no online refunds to process.
