You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, a valid service address, and a clear description of the pest issue. Inaccurate information may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Payment is handled directly between you and the assigned technician at the time of service. No online payments are processed through this website.

Sharkys Pest Control is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.
