When you submit a booking request, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and service address. This information is used solely to schedule and fulfill your pest control service.

We do not collect payment information. All payments are handled in person between you and the technician at the time of service.

Your information is used to:

• Schedule and confirm your service appointment
• Send you appointment reminders and status updates
• Contact you regarding your booking
• Set up your customer account (if you choose to create one)

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data may be shared with:

• Assigned technicians — so they can prepare for and locate your service address.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes anonymous usage analytics (no personally identifiable information).
• Google Maps — used to autocomplete your service address during booking. Only the address you enter is sent to Google.

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of analytics tracking (see our Cookie Policy)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
